  1. 01 Seal LADO composes a numbered lot of Robinhood market cargo and writes the commitment hash. Size is public. Contents stay dark.
  2. 02 Auction A Dutch clock opens on shares of the bay. Price starts high and falls on a fixed schedule. Every tick is a better print.
  3. 03 Take The first take ends it. Waiting buys a better price and a worse chance of still being in. That tension is the product.
  4. 04 Clear Everyone who was in settles at the same clearing price, allocated pro-rata. No private prints. No side doors.
  5. 05 Reveal Contents disclose and must match the published hash — byte for byte. There is no room to change what was sealed.

The auction

Every tick down is a better price and a worse chance of getting it.

Price descends on a fixed schedule. The first buyer to take it ends the auction; everyone else who was in settles at the same clearing price. Native to the Robinhood ecosystem — one clock, one lot, one print.

Before bidding opens, a cryptographic commitment to the basket is written. When the bay opens, the disclosed contents must match that hash. The hood does not get a second draft.
